Product Manager Savings

As a Product Manager for Savings at the next-generation digital bank in India, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and growth of innovative savings products. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for savings products. - Defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs, business goals, and compliance standards. - Partnering with internal teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences. - Tracking and improving product performance (growth, adoption, revenue, NPS). - Staying updated on regulatory changes and market trends in deposits and savings. - Acting as the customer advocate, ensuring intuitive, accessible solutions. To thrive in this role, you should: - Have 8-12 years of product management experience in fintech or banking, especially in savings, deposits, or investment products. - Be well-versed in RBI regulations, deposit compliance, and Indian banking frameworks. - Understand technical concepts like APIs, core banking systems, and data platforms. - Be highly data-driven and comfortable working with dashboards and insights. - Take a customer-first approach while balancing risk and compliance. - Work well in fast-paced, agile environments with low hierarchy. - Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Be entrepreneurial, curious, and passionate about building digital financial products.
