Product Manager - Product Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and Drive the vision for the data platform and prepare a roadmap across Freecharge businesses.
• Working with business & product teams to understand and define the scope for data platform requirements and owning the requirements from data engineering product manager
• Helping in architecting and building real time and batch processing infrastructure for customer segmentation, hyper-personalization, AIML use cases etc.
• Conceptualizing scalable and efficient solutions for business and technical problems
• Demonstrating an advanced level of understanding of the technology stack, understanding the relevant product metrics and how your products interact with various businesses.
• Experience in proactive assessment of customer sentiments and taking appropriate measures using analytics and big data
• Exposure

  for data platform being used across the organization for better customer experience and merchant sentiments

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years as data platform product manager with experience in building data platforms or leading data architecture revamp programs
• Experience in working with cross functional teams spanning across product, growth, marketing, data analytics and data engineering teams.
• Ability to build consensus among stakeholders including the leadership team.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and communicate to a non-technical audience effectively.
• Strong execution capability paired with ability to envision and articulate a clear path to get there.
• B Tech/M Tech

  in Computer Science/ IT

  with experience in Spark, Hadoop, Scala, Java, segmentation, linear algebra etc
