Job Description

Role Objective:

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define product vision, roadmap, and positioning for PPS product lines.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking (EcoFlow, Bluetti, Jackery, etc.).
Identify customer needs across outdoor, consumer, commercial, and emergency backup applications.

2. New Product Development (NPD)

Drive end-to-end NPD from concept to launch.
Prepare PRD, feature specifications, and user requirements.
Collaborate with R&D, design, power electronics, battery, firmware, and mechanical teams.
Coordinate with OEM/ODM partners for product development.

3. Technical Ownership

Review and validate electrical, mechanical, thermal, and firmware design.
Work with teams on lithium battery selection (LFP/NMC), BMS design, inverter performance, MPPT charging, and safety features.
Ensure usability, portability, durability, and reliability of PPS products.

4. Testing & Certification

Oversee product testing: safety, performance, thermal, and stress tests.
Ensure compliance with CE, BIS, UN38.3, IEC, RoHS, and other necessary certifications.

5. Go-To-Market (GTM)

Define pricing, variants, and go-to-market strategy.
Support marketing with USPs, datasheets, manuals, content, and training.
Plan production ramp-up with supply chain and operations teams.

6. Product Lifecycle Management

Monitor product performance post-launch.
Drive improvements, cost optimization, and next-generation product upgrades.
Handle version control, feedback incorporation, and EOL planning.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with sales, service, operations, procurement, and quality teams.
Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with testing labs and manufacturing partners
