About Wishlink
Wishlink is a well-funded startup, on a mission to shape the creator economy and change how people shop. Our mission is to build a hyper-personalised shopping experience for every user, which is creator-led, so that every user can get exactly what they are looking for. We are on a mission to define new charters at the intersection of two of the most prominent aspects of the internet - e-commerce and social media.

We re 3 founders, Chandan , Shaurya , and Divyansh , with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. What Would You be Doing

Own Core Features
: Ensure the usability, scalability, and reliability of platform features central to creators link creation, sharing, insights, and payouts. -
Enhance User Experience
: Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and implement improvements for seamless creator journeys. -
Tool Ownership
: Manage third-party tools like Webengage, LSQ etc., along with internal tools like the admin dashboard, ensuring they are optimized for operational efficiency. -
Define and Deliver Solutions
: Collaborate with tech, design, product and business teams to define clear product roadmaps and deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions -
Drive Platform Scalability
: Ensure platform features and tools remain robust and scalable to support the growing creator base. -
Experiment and Iterate
: Design, execute, and analyze experiments to validate ideas and optimize platform performance. -
User Advocacy
: Engage with creators to gather actionable insights, represent their needs, and prioritize features that drive value. -
Data-Driven Decision Making
: Leverage analytics to track feature performance and guide decisions for improving engagement and retention
What are We Looking For

Product Management Experience
: 2+ years of experience as a PM with 1+ years as a Platform / CX PM in a tech-first organization, with a preference for experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech. -
User Behavior Expertise
: Strong ability to analyze and interpret user behavior to guide product improvements and enhance experiences. -
Tool Mastery
: Hands-on experience managing tools like Webengage, LSQ, GA, etc. and internal CRMs or dashboards. -
Problem-Solving Skills
: A structured approach to identifying challenges and delivering effective, user-centric solutions. -
Cross-Functional Leadership
: Proven ability to align and work effectively with tech, design, and business teams to drive product goals. -
Data-Driven Approach
: Proficiency in leveraging data analytics for decision-making and performance tracking. -
Customer Empathy
: Deep understanding of creator personas and a passion for solving their pain points. -
Scalability Focus
: Experience designing and managing systems and features that can scale with user growth. -
Adaptability
: Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments with rapidly changing priorities. -
