Functional Skills:

• 7+ years of experience

  in a Product Manager role, preferably within fintech, lending, or enterprise platforms.
• Strong

  problem-solving and analytical skills

  with the ability to break down complex workflows into clear requirements.
• Proficient in documenting

  user stories, workflows, edge cases, and business rules

  in a structured and testable format.
• Ability to work with both

  qualitative and quantitative data

  to support prioritization and solutioning.
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication skills

  , able to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in working with

  cross-functional teams

  including product, engineering, design, and compliance.
• Highly

  organized and detail-oriented

  , capable of managing multiple priorities and maintaining clean documentation.

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of

  Agile methodologies
