Job Description

Role Purpose

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our digital home loan products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams Marketing, Sales, Credit , Collateral and Operations to deliver market-leading solutions that streamline the home loan application, approval, and servicing processes.

Key Competencies & Skills Required

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital home loan offerings, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and user engagement.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market needs and opportunities
Analyse data and user feedback to identify areas for product improvement and optimization.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns for new product launches.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in housing finance and digital banking.
Drive A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion rates and user satisfaction.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and seamless digital experiences for home loan applicants and borrowers.
Develop, implement and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
