Product Manager - Mortgages

Role & responsibilities

• Understand customers issues and concerns, assist the customer with resolution
• Ensure 100% complaints closure within TAT without compromising on customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper process and approval matrix is followed to abide by the banks commitments to RBI regulations and acts.

Other Responsibilities include

• To enhance product features as per the business and market needs, introduction and improvement of policies and processes.
• Monitoring EOP movements & growth in portfolio for mortgage products. Verifying any sudden movement in ALM / Portfolio
• Budgeting & Analyzing Costing, Profitability, EOP / ANR / COA / PBT Tracking & taking corrective action incase there is a deviation from the Plan
• Liase with internal and external channels, track and analyse channel performance. Assist sales team and drive business through business trackers, product training, performance trackers, marketing activities for channel and sales team.
• Review and design scorecards in line with business objectives. Moniter teams performance through scorecard and productivity trackers and guide and drive the team for the same
• Complaint management - Resolving customer complaints within tat and with customer satisfaction.
• Analytics - identify and drive new opportunities through pre qualified and pre approved campaign
• Marketing activities and campaign - Drive lead generation through email / sms campaign / visibility drives for channels
• Driving the cross sell for lap which includes Assets / FD / CASA. Drive sales team for sourcing insurance business through channel partners
• System issues and enhancements - Design, Enhance, Automate, streamline and stabilize the systems & processes thereby reducing TAT without compromising on accuracy levels.

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate with minimum 5 years of experience as Product Manager in LAP with proficiency in data analysis and management.
