Product Manager, Merchant Experience

Role Overview: As a Product Manager for Merchant Experience, your main responsibility will be to craft and execute on the roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact, urgency, business value, and resource constraints. You will also ensure the development of a reliable and performant platform, focusing on system reliability, API extensibility, and latency. Additionally, you will provide support to the developer community through public Postman collections, integration examples, and solutioning complex integration workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Craft and execute on the roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact, urgency, business value, and resource constraints. - Ensure the development of a reliable and performant platform, including system reliability, API extensibility, and latency. - Support the developer community through public Postman collections, integration examples, and solutioning complex integration workflows. Qualifications Required: - At least 1-3 years of work experience in fast-paced startups. - Obsession over product quality, particularly in high-performing, ergonomic, and long-lasting API design. - Strong API taste, with the ability to make great developer experience and good API design decisions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for articulating user problems precisely. - Ownership mindset, willing to go the extra mile to solve problems and delight users. - Ability to analyze data, think from first principles, and deliver results effectively. - Strong bias for action.
