Product Manager, Merchant Experience

As a Product Manager for Merchant Experience, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing the roadmap for our platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact, urgency, business value, and resource constraints. - Ensuring the reliability and performance of the platform, focusing on system reliability, API extensibility, and latency. - Supporting the developer community by providing public Postman collections, integration examples, and solving complex integration workflows. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: Minimum Requirements: - 1-3 years of work experience in fast-paced startups. - Strong intuition for high-performing and ergonomic API design. - Ability to make good API design decisions, including individual parameter naming. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ownership mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to solve problems. - Analytical skills to delve into data, think from first principles, and deliver results. - Strong bias for action.
