Role & responsibilities Develop marketing strategies for product positioning Analyze and interpret market trends through IMS data, fine-tune Marketing strategies and strengthen brand image. Update knowledge on new product development. Competitors analysis. Monitor sales performance regularly and accordingly design marketing strategies to increase sale. Formulate brand plans for assigned brands and executed these through constant Follow-up with field force. Motivate the field force to achieve 100% for the brand Review the brand performance Meeting & interacting with KOLs to understand the Product Response, Product-Strategy response, Customer need, Understanding the new Products Markets, Competitors activity. Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing monthly/quarterly/yearly data for estimating assigned product performance & market trend.
