Role Overview: As a Product Manager for the Merchant Accounts and Compliance (MAC) team at Uber Eats, you play a crucial role in ensuring secure and compliant access for merchants on various Uber surfaces. Your responsibilities include developing tools to protect merchants from fraud, enhancing communication channels, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is vital to drive the quality and quantity of selection on the platform across 25+ countries where Uber Eats operates. Key Responsibilities: - Develop tools to enable secure access for merchants on different Uber surfaces - Implement role-based access control to safeguard merchants from fraud and potential attacks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance merchant communication channels - Monitor and evaluate launched products, and communicate product plans and outcomes to stakeholders - Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to identify future features - Ensure alignment with other teams within the Merchant portfolio and provide strategic insights for product enhancements Qualification Required: - 3+ years of product management experience focusing on delivering innovative products - Strong empathy for cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and merchants - Ability to simplify complex problems into actionable steps - Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment - Hands-on approach to problem-solving - Tech-savvy with the ability to translate technical concepts for different teams - Understanding of UX best practices and delivering exceptional end-customer experiences - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and quantitative skills to drive product management,
