As a Product Manager, you will be working towards the vision of making it ridiculously easy for businesses to digitally move money at scale. You will be responsible for imagining and building the core transactions use-cases and experiences for businesses. This will involve a mix of strong product sense, first principles thinking, data analysis, platform product build and storytelling skills. You will lead a team of dedicated engineers/data analysts.
You would be responsible for identifying problems, prioritizing ideas and solving them through product - right from problem discovery to conceptualization to launch. You should be comfortable carving out product strategy, defining OKRs for the team, helping build product roadmaps and setting up the right execution engine working with various stakeholders across data science, engineering, design and product teams.
You should have a deep understanding of the lending / underwriting domain and their ways of working.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Devise Product Strategy: Define both long term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact.
- Conceptualize new solutions: Product Conceptualization with a problem first, data-driven and test & iterate approach. Ensures conceptualization from a platform and a long-term view. Ensures value-based prioritization of product initiatives.
- Build products: Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build products that customers love. Produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features on time.
- Launch products: Draft and execute a go-to-market plan in conjunction with Product Marketing. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus.
- Stakeholder Management: Working with senior management in Razorpay in defining the strategy for Core Banking Unit and collaborating with internal and external teams (banks & partners) to bring the strategy into reality

- You have at least 3 years of experience in Product Management.
