Product Manager I

The ideal candidate for this role should possess 9-12 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Design, and Production Planning. You will be responsible for contributing to driving the Product Vision that meets cross-domain market needs while ensuring strong business viability. Working closely with Managers, you will assist in delivering desired product and platform outcomes from original inspiration through implementation and support. Your role will involve contributing to the discovery and development of the product/platform in alignment with the guidance provided by Product Managers. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strong evangelist of Product & Platforms Division's Vision and Philosophy - Conduct primary and secondary research on Market Driven Products & Platforms and execute the product/platform strategy - Translate the Product Value Roadmap into clear deliverables for the product team - Gather and prioritize product requirements, drafting user stories for cross-functional product teams - Collaborate with Product Team members to drive product development, ensuring adherence to modern product management practices and standards - Support Product Managers and Senior Product Managers in product demos and achieving Product OKR's Measures of Success: - Adherence to agreed product roll-out timelines - Achievement of Product Metrics and OKR's - Product Team Performance - Number of domain and product certifications obtained Expected Outputs: - Plan and develop innovative products and platforms through strong research and Product Discovery - Facilitate Discovery Sprints in collaboration with Product and Senior Product Managers - Design user-centric experiences and define user experience in collaboration with product designers - Research market trends, partner ecosystems, and competitive strategies for ensuring a competitive advantage - Assist in implementing Go-To-Market strategies and achieving metrics for product success - Motivate and inspire Product teams, communicate effectively, and drive change within the organization - Stay updated on technology trends and architectures, utilizing tech stacks effectively - Implement agile methodologies for rapid product discovery and development Skills and Knowledge Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to articulate core positioning messages and value propositions - Experience in user story writing, product documentation, and market research - Proficiency in people management and understanding of technology trends - Knowledge of industry-specific business processes and technology trends - Proficient in database languages such as SQL, programming languages like R or Python, and analytical tools like SAS & Mahout - Skilled in data visualization software such as Tableau or Qlik and spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider with a strong track record of partnering with leading companies worldwide.
