Product Manager, Healthcare Apps

Prior experience/skillsets required:

• 3–6 years of experience in product management, writing user stories, usability testing, or UX research, preferably in technology-driven or healthcare software environments.

• Hands-on experience with UI/UX testing, bug tracking systems, and collaborating with software engineering teams is essential.

• Extensive knowledge of software development and agile methodologies, building web and mobile applications.

• Ability to clearly understand requirements and translate them to software.

• Review business requirements, identify gaps and assist in authoring functional design documents.

• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.

• Proactive and self-starter requiring minimal supervision, who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders in the company.

• Proficiency with usability testing tools and methodologies.

• Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools like Figma, Miro, or Adobe XD.

• Experience with Agile product management and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello).

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to user behavior and feedback loops.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
