Product Manager - Health Card

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and sales strategy of our Health/Wellness Card product. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the hospital or healthcare industry, deep understanding of patient engagement programs, and a proven track record in driving product adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and positioning for Health/Wellness Card programs.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging healthcare trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, IT, finance, clinical teams) to build and refine product features.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards in product design.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive adoption of the Health/Wellness Card across hospitals, clinics, and partner networks.
• Support sales teams with product knowledge, pricing strategies, and promotional materials.
• Track sales performance, analyze revenue data, and take corrective actions where needed.
• Build partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers to expand product reach.

Marketing & Customer Engagement

• Design campaigns to promote the Health/Wellness Card to patients, corporates, and hospital stakeholders.
• Develop communication plans highlighting product benefits, wellness offerings, and value propositions.
• Gather customer feedback and enhance the product experience to improve patient engagement and satisfaction.

Operational Management

• Coordinate product rollouts, staff training, and onboarding across hospitals.
• Monitor service delivery, card usage, renewals, and customer support processes.
• Work with tech teams to manage product performance, digital features, and CRM integrations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree (MBA in Marketing/Healthcare Management preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience as Product Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in hospital/healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of health card/wellness plans, patient loyalty programs, or healthcare membership models.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive projects from concept to execution.
