Job Description

Identify and qualify customers' Oracle estate and workload types to progress opportunities for Oracle on Google Cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for winning and migrating Oracle workloads to Google Cloud.
Advocate the Oracle on GCP Value Proposition to customers building new cloud-native apps with Oracle and migrating custom-built and packaged apps leveraging Oracle Database at GCP.
Work with the country leadership team to develop segment-specific plans for winning and migrating Oracle workloads to Google Cloud.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in sales or a related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience in selling Oracle database software and database infrastructure solutions.
Strong knowledge of licensing policies and constructs for Oracle software running on cloud hyperscalers.
Experience delivering cloud agreements, particularly in traditional enterprises.
Ability to build and manage agreements or partnerships with System Integrators and other partners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams to impact business goals.
