Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Strategy

Own the product life cycle for Equity Baskets and Global Investing solutions.
Drive product innovation and enhancements based on market insights, client feedback, and regulatory updates.
Coordinate across distribution channels (offline and digital) to scale product reach and adoption.

Sales & Client Enablement

Support sales teams with product training, FAQs, and updated sales collateral.
Deliver impactful product presentations for internal stakeholders and high-net-worth clients.
Develop and maintain pitch books, factsheets, and client communication templates.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology to ensure seamless product delivery.
Partner with digital marketing teams to generate and convert online leads.

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and update product documents (e.g., PPTs, one-pagers, marketing brochures).
Ensure adherence to
SEBI regulations relevant to RA/RIA
and Global Investing products.
Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams on regulatory filings and audit preparedness.

Preferred Attributes

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for investment products.
Strong understanding of equity markets, global investing strategies, and wealth management products.
Client-first approach with ability to translate investment strategies into actionable offerings.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of SEBI RA/RIA guidelines and global investing compliance requirements is a strong plus.

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in product management, And Drive Business from Multiple channels.
