Job Description

We are hiring for Product Manager- ELDB (Education Lending & Domestic Business).

•Enhance the Product offering by adding new features and improving the existing ones based on business needs and market trends

Manage the entire product lifecycle, from introduction to maturity and stability
Cross Functional Collaboration with Credit, Operations, Technology to define product requirement and ensure customer experience
Key Accountabilities
Drive revenue generation and customer relationship value enhancement through effective product management
Support entire loan process, including lead generation, application login, sanction and disbursement
Monitor and analyze business metrics, and adjust strategies based on data driven decisions and customer/business trends
Required Experience
5-6 experience in Product Management, preferably on BFSI
Knowledge of the education loan market and related processes
Understanding of credit and risk principles
MBA/CA

Technical Competencies

Proficiency with tools like MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
Ability to conduct market research and synthesize information to identify trends
