Product Manager - Growth & Wallet Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager - Growth & Wallet to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our digital wallet and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep experience in payments, fintech, mobile ecosystems, user lifecycle management, and growth experimentation. With 16+ years of product leadership, you will drive adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue across wallet features while ensuring regulatory compliance, seamless UX, and scalable platform capabilities. Product Strategy & Vision Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap for Wallet and Growth initiatives. Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs in digital payments and ficial products. Build and communicate a clear strategy aligned with company OKRs and growth ambitions. Growth & User Lifecycle Management Drive acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization using data-driven strategies. Lead experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, funnel optimization, targeted cohorts). Improve growth metrics such as conversion rates, checkout success, wallet top-ups, TPV, MAUs/DAUs, and CLTV. Wallet Product Ownership Manage end-to-end development of wallet features including KYC, balance management, payouts, refunds, stored value instruments, loyalty & rewards, credit integration, and transaction workflows. Ensure wallet compliance with regulatory bodies (e.g., RBI/PCI/Local regulators). Work closely with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, and Fice teams to implement strong controls and monitoring. User Experience & Customer Insights This is an Internal document. Partner with UX research and design teams to create intuitive and secure wallet experiences. Conduct customer interviews, usability studies, and market analysis to inform decisions. Champion customer-centric thinking across teams. Cross-functional Leadership Lead collaboration with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, operations, and business teams. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery. Influence senior leadership through strong communication and data-backed recommendations. Data & Analytics Monitor KPIs, product dashboards, and funnel metrics; discover insights to drive optimization. Define success metrics and ensure clear measurement frameworks for experiments. Use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize roadmap decisions. Ficial Ownership Own wallet P&L metrics including cost per transaction, revenue streams, incentives, and operational efficiencies. Identify new monetization opportunities across wallet products and payment services. Qualifications Required 16+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 6-8 years in payments, fintech, or wallet products. Proven track record of scaling digital products and leading high-impact growth initiatives. Strong understanding of digital payment ecosystems (UPI, cards, stored value wallets, payouts, risk, compliance). Deep experience with experimentation, analytics, funnel optimization, and cohort analysis. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. This is an Internal document. Preferred Experience working at high-growth consumer internet, e-commerce, or fintech companies. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., RBI, PCI-DSS, AML policies). Technical understanding of APIs, backend architecture, and payment integrations. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Success Indicators Improvement in wallet adoption, activation, and transaction success rates. Scalable and secure wallet architecture with reduced fraud and operational costs. Increase in growth metrics (MAU/DAU, retention, conversion rates, CLTV). Successful delivery of key roadmap items and regulatory-compliant product features. High cross-functional alignment and execution efficiency.
