Job Description

Primary KRA (Scope of Work): Liaise with the internal business team (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims, and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications. Conduct requirement elicitation and system solution designing. Define the customer journey and ensure a seamless experience. Coordinate with the development team on project planning and deliveries. Ensure products comply with regulatory and compliance standards. Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
