Product Manager - Demat & ASBA

As a Product Manager - Demat & ASBA at IDFC FIRST Bank in Mumbai, in the Retail Banking unit under Branch Banking function, your role is crucial in enhancing the banking and investment management experience for customers by offering demat and ASBA services. Your primary responsibility is to lead the bank's efforts in developing a comprehensive product proposition that covers all customer interactions with the bank. Key Responsibilities: - Define the process flow for offering Instant Demat Account and paper-based demat account services - Define the process flow for ASBA application - Design and update account opening, services request form, and demat servicing forms - Collaborate closely with Compliance and NSDL Team to stay updated on regulatory changes - Evaluate and benchmark the demat charge scheme - Coordinate and support demat and ASBA application testing with exchanges and NSDL - Work closely with the Net banking team and ASBA application team to improve the customer journey - Enhance and evaluate the ASBA offering of the Bank - Train front-end teams on Demat and ASBA offerings and resolve queries - Develop a 3in1 offering with demat, bank, and trading account with a SEBI registered broker Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: - Execute digital campaigns to open Demat accounts for existing customers - Implement digital campaigns to encourage existing customers to use IDFC FIRST bank accounts for ASBA offerings - Collaborate with the marketing team on website updates and changes in line with regulatory requirements and product offerings Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Proven experience in product management within the banking or financial services industry - Strong understanding of demat and ASBA services, regulations, and processes - Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to enhance product offerings Join IDFC FIRST Bank to play a pivotal role in shaping the demat and ASBA services landscape and delivering exceptional banking experiences to customers.,
