Product Manager Demand Forecasting Tool

You are required to join Nihilent as a Product Manager - Demand Forecasting Tool based in Pune. The company is currently expanding a robust demand forecasting platform, initially developed for a global QSR giant, into a versatile, enterprise-level solution. As Nihilent enters a phase of rapid growth, your role as a Product Manager will involve leading the transformation of a well-established product into a leading platform applicable to various industries such as retail, manufacturing, and logistics. Your responsibilities will include spearheading product growth, creating prototypes tailored to specific verticals, refining product positioning, and directly contributing to revenue enhancement. This position offers you the chance to shape a product, influence go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and operate at the convergence of technology, data, and business. To excel in this role, you should possess 5-10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3 years focused on product management. You must have a strong background in enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) or Business-to-Business (B2B) products, along with a track record of successfully scaling products from initial traction to broad adoption. Your expertise should also include driving revenue growth through product initiatives, proficiency in analytical skills, knowledge of data/forecasting concepts, and exceptional communication skills across various functional teams such as engineering, design, and business. Moreover, you should be capable of conducting strategic market research and competitive analysis, as well as developing industry-specific modules or use-case-based solutions. Preferred qualifications for this role include exposure to forecasting, supply chain, or operations technology, a background in data science, statistics, or engineering, and previous experience in startups within dynamic environments.,
