Role Overview: As the Data Quality and Control Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, capability roadmap, and value for the ICRM Data Programme. Your role involves collaborating with client stakeholders in ICRM to develop the rationale behind the surveillance product and advocate for delivering value to the ICRM Data Program. Your strategic decisions for the final product will empower Product Owners and Engineering Teams to determine how to proceed. It will be essential for you to clarify strategic visions and requirements for the team. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the product inception process for new products, services, and upgrades by preparing the business case feasibility study, collaborating with key stakeholders, developing the communication strategy, and detailing the product offerings - Own the product/value stream vision to drive strategic outcomes for the Agile Release Train and Scrum Teams - Lead the product functional design process and create the product roadmap based on an understanding of users and technology - Create enhancement opportunities by analyzing existing metrics, trends, and performance dashboards for continuous improvement - Work in an agile environment by reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones, and identifying opportunities and risks - Collaborate with stakeholders across ICRM and Citi to create features and functionalities that align with business goals - Facilitate Agile Release Train backlog sessions with key stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria - Track and report product performance post-launch to assess future investment - Create feedback loops seeking continuous feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into the backlog - Participate in Agile Release Train and Scrum events representing the Product Manager vision - Track the delivery of strategic global and regional product programs and conduct annual product assessments Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a customer-centric mindset - 10+ years of experience in an agile culture with 5+ years as a lead Product Owner or Product Manager - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Strong analytical skills and a successful track record of product development within deadlines - Expertise with agile tools suites and certifications such as SAFE are desirable Role Overview: As the Data Quality and Control Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, capability roadmap, and value for the ICRM Data Programme.
