Product Manager Customer Success

As a Product Manager at indiagold, your role is crucial as the operational and lending systems you oversee directly impact the business bottom line, driving cash flows and growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Automating and improving customer success operations - Driving retention and yield - Managing compliance and audits - Handling customer requests and complaints **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** - NPS, CSAT, and Service Request TAT - Revenue Retention On an average day, you will participate in building the engines that run the core lending and servicing operations at indiagold. Your mornings may involve brainstorming new requirements with founders and business stakeholders. Expect disruptions throughout the day, especially in handling customer escalations. By the afternoon, you will collaborate with the in-house engineering team to create architecture for lending and accounting systems. In the evening, you will be crafting detailed PRDs and planning short and long-term roadmaps.
