Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Primary Skillset

Product Development Skills
Minimum Viable Product (MVP) design
Wireframing & prototyping (Figma, Miro, etc.)
Product lifecycle management

Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.
Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and assist in sprint planning and grooming.
Maintain product roadmap and prioritized backlog to drive development efforts and ensure alignment with the product vision.
Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insights on potential product features that add value to customers.
Collaborate with Technology leads and architects on product enhancement requirements, and troubleshoot when product issues arise.
Support, analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics/KPIs/analytics.
Demonstrated track record with building cloud-based platforms, APIs, SaaS products in financial services or banking firms.

Nice to Have

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder management and articulation skills.
Good PowerPoint presentation skills.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Work experience in Fintech or SaaS product companies.
Project experience with Payments, Credit Card, and ACH.
Exposure to project management governance and reporting environments in large organizations.
Self-starter with a go-getter mindset.

Role & Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sr. Product Manager(s) to create detailed requirements such as epics and user stories.
Work with 12 scrum teams during development stages, attend scrum ceremonies, clarify queries, and interact with engineers and stakeholders daily to remove blockers.
Drive overall development progress and deliver assigned features and capabilities on time.
