Product Manager- Chassis

As a Product Manager (Chassis) in the Aftermarket sector based in Pune, your key purpose is to execute the new product introduction process from end-to-end. Your tasks will involve creating and implementing timely regional product range development plans for the respective product line/s to achieve defined KPI targets derived from business and customer requirements in IAM and OES. You will act as the voice of the regional market to define product specifications and position the product in the correct customer segment for financial success. Additionally, you will coordinate regular visual and technical benchmarking of the product line against competitor offerings to provide input for the product positioning statement and support workstream activities as defined in the regional category strategy. You will also be responsible for maintaining product master data for the respective product line/s, coordinating cross-referencing against competitors and OE with the Data Team to ensure customer range demands are met. Furthermore, you will be involved in processing range and product-related customer enquiries, including tenders, and driving product line sales in the region while acting as the regional product owner to support the front-line sales team. To be successful in this role, you should have a long-term (6+ years) experience in aftermarket product development processes and business development activities, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in product management. A high level of knowledge of Pass Car products in the chassis, powertrain, and braking/control systems category is essential. You should possess strategic and analytic thinking skills and actively execute Product Strategy targets. Strong negotiating, influencing, and relationship management skills are crucial, along with the ability to effectively communicate the product vision to the sales and marketing teams.,
