Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth for CAC.
  • Maintain benchmarks for product segments, manage inventory levels, monitor product ageing, and ensure efficient collection processes.
  • Implement pricing strategies in alignment with benchmarks and overall pricing guidelines.
  • Develop and execute channel strategies for distribution (Dist/SSD, DD), customer engagement, and influencer implementation as per established guidelines.
  • Continuously explore new markets and identify opportunities for expansion and map distribution networks to maximize market reach and penetration.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, channel partners to gather feedback.
  • Prepare short-term and long-term product sales forecasts.
  • Ensuring 100% collection as per collection targets from exclusive channels.
  • Initiate and manage market development activities to enhance brand presence and product acceptance.
  • Maintain monthly sales volume and Market Operating Price (MOP) to ensure price competitiveness.
  • Prepare a benchmarking product roadmap and implement strategies to increase market share and improve brand positioning.
  • Regularly review market data and adjust plans to meet changing market dynamics.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, both digital and physical, and manage product displays in accordance with established guidelines and oversee display management at multiband counters and exclusive stores.
  • Ensure maximum display and visibility of products across the distribution network.
  • Plan and manage inventories at branch and factory warehouses and oversee over-aging stock liquidation (including defectives).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in channel management & overall team management.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive analysis, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
