Co-lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI platform capabilities at Alegeus, working closely with the AI Platform Product and Engineering team (primarily based in Bangalore) to deliver impactful, scalable AI and agentic capabilities to our partners.

Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to identify, prioritize, and address key opportunities for delivering compelling AI-powered capabilities across end-user applications using reusable and cost-efficient platform services.

Drive the development and integration of AI platform services including automation, generative AI, and intelligent agents into compelling user-facing experiences across the Alegeus product ecosystem.

Partner closely with the Bangalore-based Data Product and Engineering team to align on near- and long-term data requirements that enable key AI and agentic platform use cases, while ensuring the AI platform roadmap is integrated with Alegeus broader product and business strategy.

Translate abstract AI opportunities into concrete platform services, leveraging LLM orchestration, data pipelines, and automation engines, while iteratively testing and refining high-potential concepts.

Champion operational excellence, ensuring adherence to product management and software development best practices, while commercializing and evangelizing AI platform capabilities in collaboration with other product leaders.

Abilities: Deep technical fluency in AI, LLMs, ML Ops, APIs, data platforms, and automation tooling. Strong understanding of enterprise platform capabilities and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into scalable, user-centric solutions.

Experience: 7+ years of B2B product management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, platform, or AI/ML product roles, with a strong track record of building and launching AI-powered products. Experience leading platform product teams and working with agentic architectures is a strong plus. Background in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred, along with demonstrated success collaborating across global teams in the U.S. and India.

Education: BA/BS required, computer science, computer engineering, information systems, business, or similar field preferred.
