You will also work closely with engineering teams to ensure the product is delivered efficiently and effectively, maintaining a focus on quick time-to-market while aligning with the overall business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in product management best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Product Development Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs. - Experience in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. - Ability to create and manage product roadmaps effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
