About the role : Are you someone who loves to build products and also gets curious about technology stack being used? Have you worked in technical roles at some point in your career and enjoyed them (be it software developer, engineering manager or architect)? We are looking for Product Owners to enable delivery of high quality financial/payment products in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment. You will work with business heads and engineering partners to drive the strategy, roadmap, execution of a product area to build high quality products/systems for digital gold offerings. About team : . Paytm Gold is a prominent digital gold vertical within the Paytm ecosystem, integrated seamlessly into both consumer and business applications. - This platform empowers users to initiate and cultivate a gold savings habit with investments starting from as low as 9. - The Paytm Gold team comprises seasoned professionals with extensive experience in developing and scaling successful gold-based consumer products. Responsibilities: . Define and prioritize product features based on market analysis and user . with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional . product performance and iterate to optimize user experience and business . the product lifecycle from concept to launch and . consumer first mindset and work backwards: Understand consumer pain points and business imperatives to define product roadmap and strategy. Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role: . MS or BS/ computer science or equivalent experience from top college. . Minimum 7-8yrs of industry track record as a Product Manager in the digital gold . experience building and launching digital gold-focused analytical and problem-solving . communication and stakeholder management . of financial technology and regulatory landscapes.
