Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining product requirements, features, and user stories under guidance.
• Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to support product delivery.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, requirements, and business needs.
• Help prepare product documentation such as PRDs, feature notes, and release summaries.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Track feature progress, dependencies, and timelines.
• Support product testing, validation, and launch activities.
• Analyze product metrics and assist in reporting insights.
• Use AI tools for research, documentation, or analysis

  where applicable

Requirements:

• MBA degree in Business, Product Management, Engineering, or related field.

• Fresher or entry-level candidate

  .
• Basic understanding of

  product management fundamentals

  .
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) mandatory
• Awareness of

  AI concepts

  such as automation, data-driven products, or AI-enabled features.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn product tools, methodologies, and technologies.
  

Added Advantages (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

• Exposure to product tools (Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Notion, etc.).
• Familiarity with

  Agile / Scrum

  methodologies.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Experience using

  AI tools

  such as

  ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, Perplexity

  for:

Research and exploration
Requirement drafting or documentation Code assistance and productivity Data analysis or insight

• Internship, academic project, or certification related to product management.
