1. Be familiar with the principles and maintenance of computer peripheral electronic products, and have circuit analysis and problem analysis capabilities.
2. Repair and processing of unqualified products on the production line.
3. Analysis and re-judgment confirmation of returned products.
4. Preparation of maintenance reports and confirmation of repaired products.
5. Management of maintenance equipment, instruments and tools.
6. Filling in maintenance daily reports and statistical analysis.
7. Preparation and compilation of maintenance work instructions.
8. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed to minimize downtime
1. Familiar with the principles and maintenance of computer peripheral electronic products, and have circuit analysis and problem analysis capabilities.
2. Use of welding tools: soldering iron, heat gun.
3. Product working principle.
4. Use of office software (Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook), Experience in using SAP/MES systems
