Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

1. System Design and Integration:

• Design audio-visual systems based on client requirements and specifications.

• Integrate audio and video components, such as projectors, screens, speakers,

microphones, and control systems.

2. Work coordination:

• Coordinate with electrician, carpenter, pmc, etc. and give them proper instruction.

3. Installation and Setup:

• Install and set up audio-visual systems in various environments, such as conference

rooms, theatres, or event spaces.

• Ensure proper wiring, cable management, and equipment placement.

4. Testing and Calibration:

• Conduct thorough testing of audio and video systems to ensure optimal

performance.

• Calibrate audio and video equipment to achieve the best possible quality.

5. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with audio and video systems.

• Perform routine maintenance to ensure the longevity and reliability of equipment.

6. Quality Control:

• Implement quality control measures to guarantee high-quality audio and video

output.

• Address any audio-visual discrepancies and fine-tune settings as needed.

7. Collaboration with Clients and Stakeholders:

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project

requirements.

• Provide technical expertise and recommendations for audio-visual solutions.

8. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of audio-visual system

configurations.

• Create user manuals and documentation for troubleshooting and system operation.

9. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

• Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends in audio and video systems.

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can enhance system performance.

10. Training and Support:

• Provide training to end-users on the operation of audio-visual systems.

• Offer technical support to address user inquiries and issues.

11. Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure that audio-visual systems comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Stay informed about safety and compliance requirements relevant to audio and

video equipment.
