Product Lead, Benefits Marketplace

As a Benefits Marketplace Product Lead at Rippling, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing the way employers and employees navigate through benefits globally. With over $5 trillion spent annually on benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings, and more, you will be at the forefront of transforming this antiquated and confusing experience into a seamless and user-friendly process. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the strategy and implementation of expanding our benefits marketplace integrations. This entails overseeing the addition of various benefits offered by employers worldwide, including health insurance, life insurance, 401k and pensions, mental health, fertility, telemedicine, and financial wellness. You will spearhead the process of onboarding new partners and products to our marketplace, ensuring the health and efficiency of these integrations, and devising strategies to enhance the success of our benefit partners on Rippling's platform year after year. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of our Benefits Marketplace integrations platform - Develop and scale a streamlined system for adding new partners and benefit types to the marketplace - Create a system that enables our Benefits Operations team to monitor integration quality and seamlessly set up new integrations - Design products that support the growth and profitability of our Benefit Marketplace partners on Rippling's platform - Scale existing products to accommodate tens of millions of employees - Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing functions to establish the first modern marketplace for benefits products that can scale to billions in revenue. Qualifications: - 5+ years of Product Management experience - Proactive self-starter with a bias towards action - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong technical and data skills - Versatile mindset capable of transitioning between high-level strategy and detailed operational tasks - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of comfort in a highly cross-functional role - Experience in developing complex workflow and integration/marketplace products - Previous experience in a founder or hypergrowth startup environment is a strong advantage - Strong alignment with Rippling's leadership principles, particularly "Go and See" and "Are Right, a Lot."
