Job Description

Work Experience 6 - 8 years of professional experience in software development
Primary skills Java, Spring boot
Preferred Skills SQL, Strut Framework
Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.
Hands-on experience in Struts framework.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in software development.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools.

Experience

6-10 years of professional experience in software development with deep understanding of Project life cycle activities in development and maintenance projects.

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.
Hands-on experience with Struts framework.
Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
Knowledge of Testing tools
Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes
Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements
Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills

Awareness of latest technologies and trends
Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
