1. Lead the design, engineering, testing, and optimization of on-grid system solutions suitable to market requirements. Should have a fair knowledge about BESS System & its application.
2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, demand trends and competitor offerings
3. Translate market, customer & regulatory insights into actionable product requirements.
4. Should have deep understanding of On Grid string Inverter/BESS architecture. Should be able to evaluate the right kind of Inverter manufacturer and form partnerships.
5. Collaborate with hardware, software, and engineering teams internally & vendors team to ensure deliverables align with technical and commercial goals.
6. Should work closely with the Inverter and other vendors and get all the required compliance certificates done.
7. Should have deep understanding of policies and regulatory framework of Grid Tie String Inverters & Solar policy.
8. Work closely with sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams to drive On Grid product launches and adoption.
9. Define product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
10. Track product performance, gather feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement.
11. Cohesiveness in nature. Foster high-impact collaboration with internal teams and external technology partners or suppliers.
12. Advocate for the product and serve as the central point of contact for all product-related communication within the company.
13. Lead training and knowledge sharing to ensure sales and service teams are up to date.
