Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Head Gold Loan located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Product Head Gold Loan will be responsible for managing the gold loan portfolio, developing and implementing new product strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, they will oversee the performance of the gold loan products, coordinate with various departments to optimize processes, and foster continuous engagement with customers to achieve the company's objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing gold loan products and understanding of loan portfolios
• Proficiency in developing and implementing product strategies based on market analysis
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance related to gold loans
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in the finance industry is preferable
