Job Title: Kia Product Guide - Team Leader Location: Thellakom, Kodimatha - Kottayam Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Kia Product Guide to join our team. This role is central to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, guiding customers through the features and benefits of our vehicles, with a special emphasis on our advanced Electric Vehicle (EV) technology. The ideal candidate is passionate about the automotive industry and excels at making complex technology simple, accessible, and exciting for every customer. Key Responsibilities: 1. Consultative Customer Guidance: Engage with customers to conduct a thorough needs assessment based on their lifestyle, driving patterns, and personal preferences. Provide expert, in-depth consultations on the entire range of vehicle models and their various configurations. Articulate the unique features, benefits, and value proposition of each vehicle to empower customers to make informed decisions. Maintain a deep and current understanding of our product portfolio and the competitive market landscape. 2. Immersive Demonstrations & Test Drives: Curate and conduct engaging product demonstrations, particularly for the electric vehicle lineup, clarifying concepts like battery performance, charging methods, and energy efficiency. Facilitate personalized test drives designed to highlight the specific performance, handling, and technological advantages of each model. Expertly address customer questions regarding vehicle technology, including EV ownership, range, and charging infrastructure. Create a confident and memorable experience that demystifies new automotive technologies for prospective buyers. 3. Connected Services & Technology Support: Act as the resident expert for the vehicle's suite of connected services and in-car technology. Guide customers through the account registration and setup process for all connected features. Clearly explain the functionality and benefits of the telematics system, including remote vehicle access, diagnostics, and safety features. Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for common connectivity issues, ensuring a seamless user experience. 4. Comprehensive Ownership Handover: Execute a detailed and personalized vehicle delivery process, ensuring new owners feel comfortable and confident. Thoroughly educate customers on the full operation of their new vehicle, including the infotainment system, advanced safety features, and driver-assistance systems (ADAS). Customize vehicle settings according to the owner's preferences during the handover. Perform post-delivery follow-ups to answer additional questions and solidify customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills: Education: A Bachelor's degree or a three-year Diploma from a recognized institution is required. Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in passenger car sales or a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry. A mandatory minimum of 1 year of experience specifically in Electric Vehicle (EV) sales or as an EV Product Specialist. Skills: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in an easily understandable manner. A strong passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly EVs. Tech-savvy with proficiency in using tablets, smartphones, and various software applications. A patient and empathetic approach to customer education and problem-solving. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
