Role & responsibilities

Roles:

Accountable for integration of internal and external deliverables supporting program milestone dates.
Act as single point contact for all Warranty related issues.
Subject matter expert for HVAC and Chassis commodity.
Basic knowledge about overall automobile 4 wheeler systems.
Liaison to the After sales, Plant manufacturing, SQE & QE for warranty related issues.
Role involves frequent travel to field as a part of issue resolution.

Responsibility:

Candidate must know HVAC and Chassis related system at vehicle level and drive resolution process for the field issues.
Able to handle Automobile 4 wheeler Model specific issues with CFT team and Home room counter parts.
Drive countermeasure with SQE / Supplier / PE dept to reduce the product issues.
Validate and monitor the countermeasure and provide correct feedback to stake holders.
Transfer the lessons learnt to upcoming projects and drive improvements.
Provide guidelines / advisory to customers / after sales on the product data.
Lead Continuous product improvement initiatives.
Plan actions to reduce the IPTV / CPV / RSA.
Monitor engineering and manufacturing failure analysis efforts to ensure accurate root cause

determination, process improvement, and exceptional customer response.
