Product Executive

As a Product Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing marketing strategies and brand plans for the assigned products. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with field execution. You will be analyzing sales data, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support product positioning effectively. Additionally, you will assist in developing promotional materials, product training content, and medical communication. Collaboration with medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams will be essential to ensure smooth product operations. Monitoring and evaluating product performance will be part of your routine, where you may recommend corrective actions as needed. Furthermore, you will support the launch of new products by ensuring strong internal and external communication. Participation in conferences, CMEs, and promotional events may be required as per business needs. Providing regular product knowledge training to the field force will also be a significant aspect of your role. The position is based in Chennai and requires candidates with a B.Pharm / B.Sc / MBA in Marketing or Pharma Management qualification. However, any graduate with strong pharma marketing exposure can also apply. Ideal candidates should have 2 to 6 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Product Management or similar roles. The salary offered will be based on experience and expectations, with attractive commission and incentives available.
