Product Engineering Manager

The Product Engineering Manager Capture oversees the entire product lifecycle for the capture solutions, starting from defining the guidelines to prioritize requirements, scope definition through the delivery of quality deliverables created by the engineering team that meets the functional and non-functional requirements. You will closely collaborate with the Lead Software Engineer and Scrum Master to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and end-to-end product testing. Your role focuses on managing internal processes, aligning the products development with the company's strategic goals, and ensuring that technical and non-functional requirements are met. Your responsibilities include overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch, collaborating with Scrum Masters to align product development timelines, continuous alignment and communication with stakeholders, working closely with the Lead Software Engineer to translate technical specifications into actionable tasks, and ensuring the technical soundness of solutions. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation, coordinate with engineering and design teams, participate in solution design discussions, facilitate seamless execution, and ensure the product is built in accordance with established technical and quality standards. In addition, you will lead the coordination of internal teams such as development, QA, and operations to ensure smooth product execution, maintain strong alignment with internal stakeholders on product priorities, technical challenges, and business goals, drive continuous improvement initiatives, participate in agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with technical teams and business units to drive product success. You are expected to have 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role, solid understanding of technical concepts related to software development, cloud infrastructure, and product lifecycle management, and proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
