Product Development Lead

The ideal candidate for this role should have technical experience as a software developer with proficiency in Java. Additionally, experience as a Scrum Master and team lead is mandatory. You should have at least 2+ years of experience in product management, particularly with web-based products emphasizing user-centric design thinking. It is preferred that you began your career as a Developer and have worked for 4-6 years in that role. A good understanding of Agile principles is essential, and experience practicing agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, or SAFe is required. Certification as a Scrum Master is a plus. Proficiency in writing stories, estimation using story points and planning poker, backlog management, prioritization, breaking stories, and handling non-functional requirements are key aspects of this role. As a servant leader, you should possess skills in design thinking and demonstrate the ability to explain recent projects with a good grasp of functionality. Strong communication skills and the maturity to handle people and conflicts effectively are important attributes for success in this position.,
