Product Development Intern

As a Product Intern at the company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Data teams. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for various features such as smart diagnostics, trip analysis, theft alerts, leaderboard systems, and coin-based reward mechanisms. - Conducting user research, competitor analysis, and feature benchmarking to support product decisions. - Utilizing SQL and Python to analyze user data, behavior patterns, and feature performance in order to identify opportunities and insights. - Collaborating with designers and developers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of features. - Participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, UAT, and QA testing for product releases. - Analyzing user feedback and app analytics to help prioritize improvements and measure impact. - Working on dashboards, metric definitions, and product health reporting using Python/SQL. - Contributing to the ideation of new features such as gamification, community challenges, and in-app integrations. We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - Strong interest in product management, analytics, and user experience. - Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis. - Structured thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in tools like Notion, Excel, Figma, JIRA, or equivalents. - Understanding of product lifecycle, wireframing, user flows, and A/B testing. - Enthusiasm about two-wheelers, EVs, mobility tech, or sustainable products is a big plus!
