Job Description

Role Overview: As an Engineering Program D&R engineer with IMG FCSD consumer service organization, you will be responsible for managing all engineering deliverables for multimakes Ford/NON-Ford applications. Your role will include developing specifications, coordinating product launches, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and collaborating with various teams to deliver projects successfully. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering all engineering requirements to support the launch of prioritized IMG Region Cycle Plan projects for multimakes Ford/NON-Ford applications. - Developing specifications to meet market requirements and Ford Motor Company quality standards. - Reviewing and approving SREA (Supplier Request for Engineering Approval). - Evaluating and identifying potential suppliers, conducting supplier assessments. - Leading product launches to fulfill engineering requirements. - Coordinating drawing uploads in Teamcenter. - Ensuring timely and successful completion of DV & PV testing. - Coordinating with STA and suppliers to sign off SCCAF. - Ensuring parts meet E108 compliance. - Delivering ESO (Engineering Sign Off) to achieve engineering complete status. - Partnering with Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, and Upstream organizations. - Supporting purchase team with TVM or resourcing actions by leading engineering activities. - Coordinating and communicating engineering activities between markets and central team. Qualifications: - Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, MS degree preferred. - No. of Years of Experience: 3-6 years of related work experience in the automotive industry. - Professional Exposure: - Strong knowledge related to engine. - Program management skills, able to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously. - Preferred previous experience in Automotive part engineering. - Ability to read and interpret prints, use engineering judgment, and communicate effectively. - Functional Skills: - Strong powertrain background is mandatory. - Analytical ability, attention to detail, ability to work across matrix organization. - Able to support multiple projects simultaneously. - Behavioral Skills: - Good English oral and written communication skills. - Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently. - Strong organizational skills. - Special Knowledge/Skills Required: - Excellent in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint software. - Knowledge of Ford Engineering Systems is a plus.,
