Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Product Development
Work with designers to turn concepts into prototypes, source fabrics and trims, and ensure designs match brand style while staying practical and cost-effective.
Sampling & Prototyping
– Coordinate with sampling teams/vendors, manage timelines, review samples, and ensure corrections are done on time.
Vendor & Artisan Coordination
– Work closely with artisans, karigars, and vendors for sourcing, sampling, and production; maintain strong vendor relationships.
Quality Control
– Prepare tech packs and specification sheets, check quality, and resolve production issues early.
Inventory Management
– Track fabric and trims, plan material usage efficiently, and minimize wastage.
Retail Readiness
– Ensure products are standardized (tags, sizes, accessories) and align with brand presentation for store rollouts.
Timeline Management
– Maintain and monitor the Time & Action calendar, ensuring all design and sampling milestones are met.
