• 47 years of experience designing

  modern applications

  with user-centric design principles.
• Prior experience working on

  B2B SaaS applications

  with exposure to

  conversational experiences

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  scalable design systems, responsive layouts, and accessible design practices

  .
• Hands-on expertise with design tools like

  Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator

  .
• Ability to collaborate with opinionated teams and present design ideas confidently yet objectively.
• Comfortable improvising and making design decisions guided by core design principles.
• Growth mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Alignment with cultural values and ability to collaborate respectfully with teammates.

What You'll Do

• User Research:

  Drive user research programs by partnering with product managers to conduct customer interviews and refine the product iteratively.

• Collaboration:

  Work with product and engineering teams to co-own the roadmap and influence priorities.

• Present Work:

  Deliver user journeys and walkthroughs to teams and customers to demonstrate end-to-end product experiences.

• Data-Driven Design:

  Use product analytics and research to inform UX and product capabilities.

• Publish Practices:

  Contribute to sharing best practices and design discoveries through blogs or internal documentation.

• Ownership:

  Act as a product owner with autonomy and accountability for delivering customer-centric experiences.
