About The Role

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and building things that people actually use someone who thinks carefully, questions defaults, and doesn't stop once the design looks done.Here, design isn't a side-show. It's how we shape decisions, simplify complex systems, and make work easier for real people. You'll be working on products that teams rely on every day, and you'll see the direct impact of what you design.

What You'll Do

• Understand the problem deeply before jumping into solutions and design flows, interactions, and interfaces that make sense to the user.
• Tackle complex workflows and turn them into simple, clear, and usable experiences.
• Use AI as part of your process for research, exploration, and speeding up tasks without losing control of the thinking.
• Go beyond the happy path: think about edge cases, error states, and how things behave in the real world.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and QA to shape features from start to release and refine them based on what we learn.
• Run usability tests, gather user feedback, and use analytics to understand what's actually happening after launch.
• Turn those learnings into design improvements and help the team make smarter decisions.
• Contribute to our design system and keep raising the bar for quality and consistency.
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience designing digital products or complex tools.
• Strong foundation in UX structure, flows, patterns, and problem-solving.
• A good sense of visual design clear hierarchy, clean layouts, thoughtful details.
• Comfortable working with Figma and design systems.
• Curious about AI and knows how to use it to work smarter, not lazier.
• Comfortable with user research, usability testing, and reading data to inform design decisions.
• Can explain ideas clearly and work well with other teams.
• Bonus: experience with internal platforms, dashboards, or SaaS products.
