Product Designer

Role Overview: As a Product Designer at Decoware Industry, you will be responsible for creating and developing product designs and concepts for decoware products. Your role will involve producing sketches, mockups, and prototypes, utilizing design software and 3D modelling tools to visualize and refine ideas. Collaboration with the team to understand market trends and user preferences, as well as revising designs based on feedback, will be crucial aspects of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Create and develop product designs/concepts for decoware (home decor / decorative ware) - Produce sketches, mockups, and prototypes, including 3-D modelling of designs - Utilize tools like Canva and 3D modelling software to visualize and refine product ideas - Collaborate with the team to understand market trends, materials, finishes, and user preferences - Assist with packing/packaging design when needed - Revise designs based on feedback and ensure readiness for production Qualification Required: - Education: Basic design qualification from institutes like NIFD, NIFT, PEARL, or equivalent - Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years in product/industrial/decorative product design - Software Skills: Proficient in Canva and comfortable using 3D modelling tools - Good eye for aesthetics: color, form, detail, finish - Ability to work under guidance but also take initiative on design tasks - Good communication skills to discuss ideas, revisions, and collaborate with production teams,
