Product Designer

As a dynamic Product Designer (UI/UX) at our IT Services company in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in our product design team. You should possess at least 3 years of work experience and have a deep understanding of our business requirements and technical limitations. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, interviews, and surveys to create sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. You will be instrumental in designing the overall functionality of our products and iterating upon them based on user-testing feedback to ensure an exceptional user experience. Your key responsibilities will include translating concepts into user-friendly designs, facilitating the product vision by researching and prototyping digital experiences, and delivering wireframes and mockups suitable for various devices and interfaces. You will be expected to identify design challenges and develop innovative solutions, make strategic design decisions, and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Your ability to ask insightful questions, take calculated risks, and advocate for new ideas will be valuable in this role. To be successful in this position, you must have 3-4 years of UX design experience, preferably with a focus on designing solutions for complex digital environments. Proficiency in using Figma tool is essential. You should be adept at understanding client requirements, applying UX design best practices, and incorporating mobile-first and responsive design principles. Your expertise in user-centered design, user research, testing methodologies, prototyping, and usability considerations will be crucial. Effective communication skills, a passion for user-centric design, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential qualities for this role.
