Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Product Designer. The Product Designer will be responsible for crafting innovative and user-centered designs that align with business and user needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting user research, developing product design solutions, creating visually engaging designs, and applying design-thinking methodologies to solve complex problems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute product design strategies will also be central to the role. Qualifications Proven expertise in Visual Design and crafting visually appealing interfaces Strong understanding of Product Design principles and Design Thinking methodologies Experience conducting User Research and UX Research to inform design decisions Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software Excellent teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; relevant experience is also highly valued
